WHAT WE STAND FOR.
As a specialist for technical buildings, we secure the supply for many areas of infrastructure - such as electricity, gas, water, renewable energies, digitalization, e-mobility, industry - and are thus drivers and enablers of the energy and mobility transition.
We are proud to be able to make an important contribution to a sustainable future with our solutions. With our climate strategy, we want to achieve a continuous CO2 reduction in all three scopes along our entire value chain and are actively committed to responsible social action as a company.

From 2023, we will rely 100% on renewable energies and therefore no longer generate any Scope 2 emissions.

We will only use electric vehicles well before the statutory regulations (2035) and continue to expand our charging infrastructure.
Heat transition
Replacement of fossil heating systems in the plants with 100% renewable heat generation by 2033.
Green supply chain
Working with our suppliers to reduce Scope 3 emissions, such as green aluminum.
Energy generation
Retrofitting roofs with PV systems. The first system will be connected to the grid in 2023.

E for Environmental
Environmental protection is important to us. We have set ourselves the goal of being climate-neutral by 2040 and are considering all 3 scopes company-wide.

Dach- und Wandbegrünung mit Betonbau
Passend zu Betonbaus Klimastrategie wurde kürzlich im Headquarter von Phoenix Contact eine Trafostation mit einer großflächigen Dach- und Wandbegrünung verschönert. Die damit verbundenen positiven Auswirkungen sind unübersehbar.
Die erste Trafostation aus Carbonbeton
Betonbau baut eine grüne Station für den Phoenix Contact All Electric Society Park. Die Besonderheit liegt vor allem im verwendeten Carbonbeton und gilt damit als Pilotprojekt zur CO2-Reduktion.
Zertifizierung gemäß ISO 14001
Betonbau erhält die Zertifizierung gemäß ISO 14001 für die Einführung und Anwendung des Umweltmanagementsystems.
